1. What are the target hours per month for this need?
ANSWER: It is expected to take about 20 hours a month.
1. How many hours, if any, must be performed on site in Beltsville, MD?
ANSWER: Once the contractor has the appropriate network credentials and VPN access, no hours will have to be performed onsite.
1. Is there a predetermined budget for this project?
ANSWER: No
1. Are there any specific cost-saving targets the USGS has in mind for the development and maintenance of the application?
ANSWER: No
1. Can the Government clarify whether the above experience is required from Personnel working under this contract or from the contractor Itself?
ANSWER: This would be required of the personnel performing the work.
1. To be granted remote access do the vendors need to obtain network credentials and VPN access by coming on site?
ANSWER: They will have to be cleared by the Agency and at some point pick up a government laptop and a badge on site to be able to access the government cloud.
