About this file

This document is an Addendum No. 1 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services (DVS) for Temporary Medical Personnel. The RFP seeks proposals for Commodity Numbers 91878, 94874, 94864, and 96269 with a proposal due date of October 18, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. EST. An optional pre-proposal teleconference was conducted on September 27, 2022. The addendum clarifies that the requirement to submit an electronic response in eVA has been deleted, and the email address for Vivian Doobay, the Procurement Officer, has been corrected.

The addendum also provides responses to several questions, including that the Certificate of Insurance is required prior to the purchase order being issued, the incumbents and current spending, that this is an "as needed" contract, and there is a preference for in-state vendors within 100 miles of DVS locations. The addendum confirms that awards may be made to multiple offerors and that Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) certified small businesses will receive full credit for small business utilization.
