About this file

The document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Montana, specifically the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Division, for a Crisis Diversion Grant targeting mental health crisis services. The RFP (DPHHS-RFP-2024-0534AP) is open from 4/24/2024 11:00 AM MDT to 6/14/2024 2:00 PM MDT, seeking proposals for crisis diversion assistance. The project is structured as a grant for fiscal years 2025-2027, with commodity codes covering various mental health services including addiction, homeless shelters, crisis centers, suicide prevention, mental health counseling, and severe disabling mental illness.

The proposal requires comprehensive documentation, including company details, specifications/scope, appendices, budget proposals, budget line items, and offeror qualifications. Potential bidders must address mandatory requirements and can earn bonus points for compliance with Equal Pay for Montana Women (Executive Order No. 12-2016). The RFP includes additional considerations such as confidential information procedures, nondiscrimination certifications, and verification of compliance with firearms entities trade association regulations. While specific funding amounts are not detailed in the provided document, the total project cost will be entered as a lump sum by the successful bidder, indicating flexibility in budget proposal approach.
