About this file
This is an Intent to Sole Source solicitation issued by the State of Montana, Office of Procurement and Contracts for the Public Health and Safety Division, Department of Public Health & Human Services. The procurement seeks an annual subscription to the Cardiac Arrest Registry for Enhanced Survival (CARES), which allows for Montana and community-level analysis of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) to improve quality improvement efforts. The solicitation was released on 3/24/2024, with responses due by 4/8/2024 at 2:00 PM MDT. The contract is a sole source procurement, meaning it is not a competitive proposal process, and potential vendors are invited to demonstrate their ability to provide the requested registry services.
The solicitation is specifically for a health-related medical research service (Commodity Code 2614) with the primary contact being April Pfeiffer, reachable at April.Pfeiffer@mt.gov or +1 406-444-5329. Vendors are required to provide their full company details, including contact information and UEI number from www.sam.gov, and upload a detailed description of their product/service that matches the CDC's approved Emery Cardiac Arrest Registry for Enhanced Survival. The document emphasizes that this is an opportunity for vendors to confirm their capability to provide the specific registry service, with assistance available from the eMACS Help Desk at 406-444-2575 or emacs@mt.gov for technical support.
