VENDOR QUESTIONS 1A 9/10/2024 11:05 cst

1. The type of locker you are requesting is typically referred to as a TA50. The TA50 includes a shelf, garment bar and hooks on the interior of the locker. You are not requesting a garment bar. Is this an oversight?

Preferred one is WITH the garment bar.

2. Would you consider a different spec for the lockers (TA50) that is already a standard and production locker vs. the custom wall locker that is spec’d? I can and have sold custom lockers similar to this design and they average about $350-500 more per locker.

Brand name or equal to SPECS provided on SAM

3. Do you require the top of the locker to be ventilated? Or is it a preference?

With the doors, can they be partially ventilated? Or do you only require some ventilation?

We do not require ventilation on top. As long as the doors and/or sides have ventilation.

4. I plan to submit a quote for this Solicitation, but I have a few questions. For the dimensions, would 36” x 76” x 24” be acceptable? Also, for the installation, is that something that we would handle? Thank you for taking the time to address my questions.

36” X 78” X 24” is our preferred. Size

5. Regarding the 105 Wall lockers for 87th Troop Command, do you just need us to deliver them with no installation? If we are just going to be delivering, do you have a forklift or loading dock, or will we need to deliver with a lift gate?

we will do the install. Just need them delivered to the drill hall. We do have access to a forklift.

6. We will just need delivery to Chappell Armory. The requested size and color is our preference is due to matching already in place lockers. We have fork lift capabilities to off load from a trailer.

Garment bar preferred. Ventilation is required on the door at a minimum.

7.
