About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the manufacturing of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for the Software Organization Development Office (SODO) at the 309th Software Engineering Group (309 SWEG), Hill Air Force Base.

The SOW outlines the contractor requirements to manufacture PCBs in accordance with engineering specifications and drawings provided by the SODO team. The SODO estimates a need for 230 PCBs consisting of 14 unique designs during the first year of the contract, with deliveries and quantities to be placed on an as-needed basis over a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract period. The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Compliance 10 days after completion of testing and evaluation. All PCBs produced under this contract will be the property of the U.S. Government.

STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

Software Organization Development Office (SODO) Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)s

Prepared By:

Gregory Hernandez 309th Software Engineering Group (309 SWEG)

Hill Air Force Base, Utah 84056

1. BACKGROUND & SCOPE

The 309 SWEG SODO Launchpad team guides technical projects and training classes for new hires and interns. Projects range from building drones to soldering classes. These classes are necessary to give students exposure to circuit board assembly and design. Engineers will need these skills to support 309 SWEG workloads. The SODO is also beginning to work with high school students to introduce them to engineering principles which supports engineering recruitment for the Air Force.

To support these efforts, the SODO is in need of U.S.-based companies that can manufacture Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)s for engineering projects and electronics classes.

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines contractor tasks and requirements for the manufacturing of the printed circuit boards the SODO will require. The Contractor shall manufacture PCBs in accordance with (IAW) engineering specifications and drawings provided by the SODO team.

2. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

2.1. Program and Engineering Management

All contractor tasks and requirements covered by this document shall be coordinated with the SODO team.
