About this file
This document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for a mental health professional contract with the Department of Agriculture Forest Service. The QASP outlines six key performance objectives for clinicians, including availability, meeting participation, adherence to International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) guidelines, confidentiality compliance, deferment of governmental inquiries, and post-incident review. Each objective includes specific performance standards, surveillance methods, and acceptable quality levels (AQLs) ranging from 95-100% compliance.
The related federal contract opportunity reveals that AEROBODIES FITNESS COMPANY, INC. was awarded a $5,000,000 contract (1202SC25T2900) on April 24, 2025, for Mental Health Professional and Clinician Services. The QASP matrix is designed to ensure high-quality service delivery through ongoing monitoring by the CIPS Group Leader or Lead Instructor, with comprehensive evaluation of clinician performance across multiple critical dimensions of crisis intervention and support services.
