About this file

This solicitation requests proposals for aircraft propeller maintenance and overhaul services for the U.S. Forest Service. Offerors are invited to submit proposals to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including basic overhauls for seven propeller models. The contract would have a one-year base period and four one-year options, with work authorized through task orders. Services include on-site technical support, repair, inspection, and parts procurement. Pricing is required for labor rates, parts discounts, shipping, and travel. The solicitation identifies estimated overhaul quantities by model for the base year and provides templates for pricing labor, materials, and other costs for the base and option periods. Proposals are due by a specified date and must include contact information, responses to instructions, and pricing completed in the schedules. The NAICS code is 336413 and awards may be set aside for small businesses.
