DESCRIPTION/ SPECIFICATIONS/ STATEMENT OF WORK
The government is soliciting quotes for the rental of a square tubing 120’ X 100’ structural tent, that will house our incident support and fire supplies. The structure will be required to hold/house government supplied shelving.
The structure must be grounded and secured in its place, and able to withstand strong winds. Once secured, side panels will need be installed, with openings located as directed. This will be discussed with the successful vendor after award. It should be secure enough to stand without safety issues for the duration of the entire 120 day rental or longer.
In the event that the winds release any of the fasteners, it will be the responsibility of the company to return to the worksite and fix any safety issues within a reasonable amount of time, as to be able to continue working within the structure and maintain the integrity of the inventory stored.
