QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR RFQ 70Z02424Q0000002

Question #1 Will the roof boots need to be replaced or just continue the temporary patching?

Answer #1 Most of the mast are still in good condition and do not need replaced so roof boot would not need to be replaced either if not removing the mast.

Question #2 Will the galvanized steel mast need to be replaced? (The location of 4 Kings Court was not existing).

Looks like you would like to reuse existing galvanized mast on the ones that are still in good condition.

Answer #2 4 kings do not have a mast it is anchored to the Fascia. If the contractor must add a new galvanized pole, then yes, a roof boot would need to be applied as well.

Question #3 Also, can you please provide me with the format for the price breakdown you require?

Answer #3 There is no formal format for the price breakdown. Please just be sure to have all items listed in the RFQ package (highlighted in yellow on page 3).
