About this file
Attachment B is a Price Proposal Sheet for Solicitation No. 1183-RFP-25-3 for Investment Manager Services issued by the City of Riviera Beach, Florida. The document is a cost proposal template requiring proposers to provide detailed fee information for investment management services across different asset management tiers. The pricing sheet mandates that proposers complete the entire document without leaving spaces blank or marking fields as "N/A", with a clear warning that failure to fully complete the document will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and disqualified from consideration.
The pricing structure is tiered based on assets under management, with separate fee percentage columns for different asset ranges: first $25 million, next $25 million, next $50 million, and over $100 million. The proposal requires proposers to itemize various fees including advisory fees, investment manager fees, investment revenue share, directed brokerage, soft dollar fees, conversion fees, asset transfer fees, and miscellaneous expenses such as training and administrative costs. All proposed prices must remain valid for 120 days after the proposal opening, and proposers must use the exact Department-provided Attachment B without modification, ensuring a standardized approach to cost proposal submission.
