The county intends to award a single contract with an estimated fiscal year 2026 compensation of approximately $450,000, covering around 800 medical supplies/equipment ordered monthly for approximately 200 clients. The county has specified that this RFP is not subject to the Local Business Preference and requires vendors to be registered in the Central Vendor Registration System. Pricing will be evaluated based on a percentage discount from the vendor's price list, with additional consideration given to the vendor's experience, staffing plan, implementation capabilities, and ability to meet reporting requirements. The county emphasizes that all compensation is subject to state and county appropriation and encumbrance of funds.
