DCSA Submissions3.3Section 4.1.12 Requests the Departmental Order forms are retained, however if the channeler is subitting the fingerpint cards directly to DCSA as mentioned in 3.3 then the fingerprint is not going to FBI CJIS thus would not be a Departmental Order. Is there a different fingerprint type being used for submitting to DCSA?Requests will be submitted to DCSA utilizing the Agency ORI number.
Transactions per year4.1.7The pricing spreadsheet states 6,000 fingerprints but the soliciattion says this number is to be determined. Can you provide historical annual transaction volume from the 2018 solicitation PC-18-Q14 for reference.Not sure what the PC-18-Q14 solicitation is, 5,356 cases were submitted DCSA for CY 2018N.
Applicant Authorization3.3Since no adjucation is needed since the Peace Corps is looking to do this internally, will the vendor be required to obtain additional authorization and disclosure forms to the applicant to inform of where their PII, background check, and biometrics are being stored and processed after the transactionNo.

1. According to the instructions, the government has not provided any information on how the Attachment 3 Past Performance Questionnaire must be submitted. We assume it must be forwarded by our references to the Contracting Officer, Maria C. Coleman, at mcoleman@peacecorps.gov, and Clifton Gardner, at cgardner@peacecorps.gov, before the solicitation close date. Could the government please confirm this?Addressed in amendment on sam.gov
1. Within the Attachment 3 Past Performance Questionnaire, the government mentioned, "Please provide your candid responses to this past performance questionnaire by 1 pm on Monday, July 9, 2024," which was the previous due date. As the current due date has been extended to July 26, 2024, can the government please confirm that Attachment 3 should be submitted before the solicitation close date and not on July 9, 2024?Addressed in amendment on sam.gov
