Questions and Answers Received From Potential Bidders.

1) The scale of the exercise, number of desired CST + other organizational players?

Answer: The 52nd CST (OH) along with Ohio State Highway Patrol and Ohio Dept. of Rehab and Corrections. They are acting as responding agencies to a Fentanyl release inside a state prison facility.

2) Is this a State wide exercise, open for any agency interested to participate, or primarily focused on the CST team?

Answer: Not statewide, I don't speculate anyone outside of the aforementioned agencies would get involved with this type of scenario.

3) What percentage focus on Chemical, Bio, Rad (survey and/or contamination), Improvised Explosives, etc. is desired for the exercise?

Answer: Nearly 100% Chemical, specifically Fentanyl or derivatives and possibly other narcotics.

4) Can you please clarify how many CST members and other organizational members will be part of the exercise.

Answer: My intent at this time is for a small "strike team" (5-6 PAX) from the CST to respond to the prison on the 17th. There they will be teamed up with ODRC and OSP members to make entry for sampling operations. Honestly, I don't know how many to expect from the other agencies. On the 18th, the entire available CST members will deploy to Camp Reams in Lancaster. My rough guess is around 15 PAX for this day. I don’t anticipate any other agencies participating on the 18th, perhaps only for air transport.
