SF 30 Continuation re: 1131PL24RDM21079 A00002
CONCERN/QUESTION: We would like to confirm that any small business looking to respond to this effort must have annual sales of $19M USD.
This question was asked, because in reading your cover letter, there is a statement that says. “
“ This procurement is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside with a small business size standard of $19M annual sales under NAICS Code 541690.”
RESPONSE: The U.S. Small Business Administration states that …A size standard is the largest that a concern can be and still qualify as a small business for Federal Government programs. For the most part, size standards are the average annual receipts or the average employment of a firm. How to calculate average annual receipts and average employment of a firm can be found in 13 CFR § 121.104 and 13 CFR § 121.106, respectively.
