It clarifies that technical experience in healthcare infrastructure is not required, travel is expected for up to two staff members for a total of sixteen days, up to 20% of the price can be used for in-country subcontractors, and there is no anticipated project backlog or timeline for beginning activities. The solicitation requests proposals to conduct an energy sector definitional mission and develop clean energy project opportunities and partnerships in the listed regions. Offerors must be registered in SAM and the award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the best value. The contract is set aside for U.S. firms and employees must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
