Attachment A: Responses to Questions for Solicitation No.: 1131PL20RDM51211 Definitional Mission (DM) for Multi-Country 5G Network Planning Technical Advisor

Question 1: Could USTDA provide additional information regarding the 5 countries to be evaluated as part of the DM for Multi-Country 5G Network Planning Technical Advisor such as country, region, continent or language requirement. Knowing the countries will help provide personnel with the right experience and evaluate travel expenses.

Response to Question 1: The up to five countries to be assessed by the Technical Advisor through the DM will be identified during the contract’s period of performance. Countries will be identified from the following regions: South and Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Eurasia. For purposes of preparing a proposal, Offerors may use Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Turkey as illustrative markets for travel planning purposes, and assume translation will be used for each selected country.

Question 2: Are the DMs to be prepared one after the other or in parallel?

Response to Question 2: The work under this technical advisor DM contract will be conducted on a rolling basis depending on the needs of the countries identified for assessment. It is likely that more than one assessment will be underway at a time.
