Coal Creek Rockfall Mi�ga�on (req. 1123956) Synopsis ques�ons and answers

Ques�on 01: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

Answer 01: This is a new contract.

Ques�on 02: Is there a cost estimate, budget or ballpark figure for the project listed? Is there an actual start date for the project?

Answer 02: The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $75,000.

Question 03: Is there any way that I can get a litle more informa�on on what the project scope might be?

Answer 03: The Solicitation will contain additional project information and will be released on or about May 17, 2024.

Question 04: Is the government planning on pu�ng this out under any set-aside categories (I did see that it is total small business)?

Answer 04: This procurement will be a total small business set-aside.

Question 05: Can you please share the informa�on on the Site Visit?

Answer 05: We will meet at the closure gate for Coal Creek road at 10 AM on May 16th. We will consolidate vehicles and drive to the failure site from there.
