Text version

1. Given that the production volume of notices is not fixed on a weekly or monthly basis, it requires that a fixed price per month skew toward pricing to cover the higher end of the volume scale. Would the government consider a fixed price per unit, where the units are statements as opposed to months?

Answer: The government will keep the current pricing structure but to properly estimate the number of notices the total volume from the last 5 years has been 10.6 million notices issued. In during the time frame from 2006 and 2007 5.2 million notices were printed due to changes in the legislation.

2. Currently – are there instances of multiple page pre-offset notices? If so – can you give an estimate as to how many per week are multiple page notices?

Answer: At this time the notices are one page but the vendor must be prepared for changes – if the notices move to more than one page

3. Will we be providing the paper for the pre-offset notices?

Answer: the vendor will provide the paper.
