RFP Information – Section M

Proposals will be evaluated based on technical criteria, past performance, and cost/price
Technical criteria and past performance, when combined are more important than cost/price. However, as non-price factors approach equivalency, price may become the determining factor.
The goal of the evaluation process is to find the proposal that provides the best value to the Government, all factors considered.

RFP Information – Award

While discussions may take place, the Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
An award based on initial proposals may occur if the Government receives an offer that conforms with the solicitation and provides the greatest overall benefit to the Government, all factors considered.

The Government also reserves the right to award the Sample Task Order as an actual task based on the Task Order Proposal
