About this file
This document is an Attachment S - Tie Breaking Certifications for RFP #10833 issued by the State of Florida. It outlines the order of precedence for tie-breaking criteria that respondents can certify to, including having a Drug-Free Workplace, being a Certified Minority Business Enterprise, being a Service-Disabled Veteran's Business Enterprise, being a Florida Business, or being a Foreign Manufacturer with a Factory in Florida. Respondents must check the appropriate "True" boxes for any designations that apply and provide their net worth amount if claiming Minority or Veteran status. In the event of a tie, respondents will be required to provide documentation supporting the certifications marked as "True".
The related state and local contract opportunity is for a 24-bed nonsecure residential program for male youth between the ages of 14 and 18 in the Northeast Region of Florida. The program is to be located in a Department-owned building in Jacksonville or a Respondent-owned/leased building in the State of Florida. The program should provide innovations in delinquency programming and treatment services as described in the attachments.
