About this file

The document is a comprehensive Technology Services Reference Architecture for a county (likely Harris County, Texas, based on the logo), detailing the enterprise technology infrastructure and service framework. The diagram provides a holistic view of six primary technology service domains: Data Services, Digital Services, Information Security Services, IT Service Management, Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Services, and Technology Optimization. These domains are designed to transform data, enable software applications, ensure information security, manage IT services, support infrastructure, and leverage digital technologies to improve existing processes and delivery models.

The architecture illustrates detailed sub-categories within each domain, including structured and unstructured data management, web/portal services, digital channels, network services, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols such as identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover frameworks. The document appears to be a strategic blueprint for the county's technology ecosystem, dated February 2024, emphasizing a data-centric approach that enables horizontal service delivery, standardizes technology practices, and creates a sustainable, forward-looking service model for the organization.
