About this file
This is a Rate Sheet exhibit for the Non-Hazardous Garbage Collection, Removal and Disposal Services contract opportunity for Santa Cruz County (SCC) in California. The document establishes the pricing structure and rate requirements that bidders must provide as part of their proposal submissions. The rate sheet serves as a standardized template for vendors to submit their proposed costs for garbage collection, removal, and disposal services, ensuring all bids are presented on a comparable basis for evaluation.
The rate sheet requires bidders to specify their pricing for the collection and disposal services, establishing the financial terms under which the selected contractor will perform services for the County. This exhibit is a critical component of the bid package, as it allows the County to clearly compare the cost proposals from different bidders on identical service parameters. The standardized format ensures transparency in pricing evaluation and facilitates the selection process based on both cost and other evaluation criteria outlined in the broader request for proposals.
