The training will include close quarters combat with simunitions, CBRNE scenarios, and medical simulations for approximately 35 participants. Respondents must demonstrate their vessel meets specifications for length, clear deck space, and interior spaces including a bridge, engine room, machinery room, and passenger seating similar to a ferry. Interested parties may submit capability statements by March 8, 2022 at 8 AM PST for consideration, though the Coast Guard reserves sole discretion to determine if competition is necessary. Hornblower vessel Adventure is proposed for $9,663.
