Text version
Project Name: VisualSonics Vevo 3100 Service Plan- Standard Protection
Scope: 1-year service contract (option 2-year renewal)
Technical Specifications/ Quantity: The FujiFilm VisualSonics Standard Protection Vevo Service Plan for the Vevo 3100 imaging system will provide enhanced customer care including technical and scientific support available via phone or online. Access to exclusive videos, imaging guides, and protocols are also available. One annual preventative maintenance visit is included in the service plan as well as complete parts and labor coverage of the system, transducers, and accessories. Complete travel costs associated with maintenance and service visits are also included. Without the contract, costs for repairs and time to obtain service would be increased.
In addition, annual inspection and servicing of the equipment could help prevent breakdown.
We currently have 10 principal investigators using the Vevo 3100 to obtain scientific data from time sensitive experiments. Prolonged delays in these experiments due to equipment failure would negatively impact their ability to collect experimental data needed for their research projects.
