THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THE SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROCURE ANY SERVICES, NOR IS IT THE INTENT OF THE NEBRASKA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOUGHT.

INFORMATION: This Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The information provided in response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the extent of the small business and socio-economic market. The primary type of work will include providing meals and subsistence to the Nebraska National Guard. Any resulting solicitation will be issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722320 and size standard is $9.0 million.

BACKGROUND: As of October 1, 2021, the GPC (Government Purchase Card) will no longer be used to purchase meals and subsistence. Two BPAs (Blanket Purchase Agreements) have been providing subsistence for the Nebraska Guard since then, but they are approaching their maximum of $1,000,000. Therefore, Nebraska would like to have two new BPAs. Each BPA should be able to provide meals and subsistence to any location in the Nebraska and will have a maximum of $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.

Interested Vendors shall complete the attached "Sources Sought Form" and email it to the Contracting Officer, Jarod Epp, at jarod.w.epp.civ@mail.mil.
