The solicitation (FA448425Q0002) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 517111 with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period from February 15, 2025 through March 14, 2026, plus four one-year option periods. The contractor must provide long distance and toll-free access services, including equipment, wiring, infrastructure and operator assistance functions while meeting FCC, PUC, DoD, Air Force and industry standards. If acceptable, the evaluation will stop at that point and award will made to the offeror with the lowest quote that meets the requirements of the Performance Work Statement. The Government reserves the right to conduct additional technical evaluations as deemed necessary.
