Requirements:
The Base Communications Division is requesting the following SOW to be performed:
1) Purchase and install one TAA compliant Pan/Tilt/Zoom HDMI and USB capable camera and wall mount, and route cabling to the existing Resident PC location in the far corner of the room where a new AV rack will be located. Cabling should be unobtrusive and be routed in the ceiling and not be visible. Camera should have the ability to be controlled with a handheld remote. The camera shall be ceiling centered near the projection screen unless the projected image interferes with the camera. Alternate location for camera mounting shall be screen left or right wall mounted so that the entire table can be seen as well as the center chair at the head of the table.
2) Purchase and install a TAA compliant microphone capability at the table with two microphones.
Microphone capability shall have the ability to mute or unmute with a physical touch. There shall be a light indicator on the microphones to show when the microphones are active. Microphone capability requires connectivity for both the resident PC location in the corner of the room as well as the laptop location at the head of the table.
3) Purchase and install 2 ceiling speakers. The speakers shall be located equally spaced and centered over the table.
4) Provide USB connection via a new cable cubby to be installed that would house the required cabling in the table to enable meeting participants to connect their laptops and utilize it during meetings and use the camera/mic/speaker sound from the camera and microphones via a single USB cable for use in Microsoft Teams.
An HDMI cable shall also be available so that laptop users can project to the projection system. There shall also be a network port/Keystone available in the cubby so that a network capability can be located at the cable cubby by the base cable team.
5) Cable Cubby location shall have an AV transmitter device to transmit the laptop image to the AV system.
6) Provide and install a 16-inch monitor to be installed at the table. Device shall reflect what is on the Projection screen. Monitor shall have a receive device located under the table. Touch panel shall have an ability to route any source to the table monitor. The default shall have the monitor reflect anything that is on the projector.
7) Provide USB connection at the resident PC for PC users to get camera/mic/speaker sound input to the resident laptop from the camera and microphones via a single USB cable for use in Microsoft Teams.
8) The USB connection to the resident PC should be the default connection for the USB devices. When a laptop is connected, the USB devices shall automatically become available to the laptop. When the laptop gets disconnected, the USB devices should default back to the resident PC.
9) Remove and replace the existing ceiling mounted projector with a new WUXGA laser projector and mount.
10) Projector shall also have an AV receive device to receive the video signal from the AV system.
11) There is currently a Samsung monitor mounted installed in the room on the right-side wall. Purchase a new articulating mount for the monitor and replace/install the existing fixed mount. Also include a new receive device behind the monitor so signal can be sent to the monitor. Monitor shall come on when the projection system comes on and the default image shall be what is on the projector. Monitor shall be controlled by the AV system. There is a 2nd HDMI connection for this monitor. The second HDMI originates from a first-floor location within the building. This monitor shall have the ability to show either Input 1 from the AV system, or Input 2 from the first-floor location. This input change capability shall be selectable from the control panel.
12) Remove and replace/install the existing projection screen with a new projection screen that can be controlled by the AV system.

13) There is currently no conduit path between the table and the resident PC. The contractor shall provide and install an over the floor raceway to contain any cabling that will run between the two locations to cover the cable and provide a safe and reliable cable path. The raceway should be as unobtrusive as possible.
14) Install one audio processor for processing all audio inputs including the table mics, PC inputs, speaker outputs.
15) Install a 4x4 HDMI switcher to allow for 4 HDMI inputs and 4 HDMI outputs.
16) Install one 10-inch touch panel wall mounted to allow for routing of signals and powering the system on and off.
