About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire document prepared by Broward County Aviation Department in Florida to assess market availability for prefabricated retail merchandising units (RMUs) intended for kiosk concession operations at the airport. The RFI seeks vendor responses regarding product availability, specifications, and capabilities related to RMU kiosks. This is a market survey instrument designed to gather information from potential vendors to inform a future solicitation; it does not constitute a request for pricing, purchase commitment, or binding agreement. Responses should be submitted electronically through the county's electronic bidding system by the posted closing date.
The questionnaire focuses on collecting detailed information from vendors regarding their ability to provide prefabricated RMU solutions suitable for airport retail concession purposes. This RFI serves as a preliminary step to identify qualified vendors and obtain project-specific details that will facilitate the development of a formal solicitation. No pricing, contract awards, or purchase commitments are associated with this information request, and vendor participation in responding to the RFI does not guarantee selection for future opportunities.
