The RFI requests information on firm overview and experience, proposed approach and methodology, definition of citywide coverage, staffing assumptions, schedule and duration capability, deliverables examples, and budgetary cost information. No site visits, bidder meetings, or award processes are associated with this RFI, as it is issued solely for informational and planning purposes to refine the City's scope of services and determine an appropriate procurement approach for any future solicitation.

This RFI does not constitute a solicitation, offer, or commitment by the City to procure services, enter into a contract, or reimburse any costs incurred in responding. Responses will not be evaluated, scored, or ranked, and cost information provided is for planning purposes only and will not be considered binding in any future procurement. The City reserves the right to request clarification, conduct follow-up discussions, use information obtained to develop future procurement documents, or cancel or modify the RFI at any time.
