About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages Attachment from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for Solicitation No. BPM006654, available online at https://appstate.az.gov/. The attachment is designed for potential offerors to specify their maximum price increase percentages for contract renewal periods.
The attachment allows offerors to propose maximum price increases for up to four renewal periods, with each increase calculated against the original contract price. In this specific document, the offeror has indicated a consistent 10% maximum increase for each renewal period. The State of Arizona emphasizes that price increases are not automatically granted and require documentation of need at the time of renewal. The document includes an example showing how percentage increases would be applied to an original contract price, demonstrating that each renewal period's increase is computed from the initial contract price, not the previous renewal's price.
