Bids signed by an agent of the corporation must be accompanied by evidence of his or her authority to bind the corporation to the terms and conditions of this solicitation. In order to be considered for selection, Offerors must submit a complete response to this IFB. All bids must be submitted to the Procurement Department by the date and time noted.
