About this file

This Request for Information (RFI) document is issued by Forsyth County Schools in Georgia to solicit responses from qualified vendors regarding Video Management and AI Analytics solutions. The RFI aims to familiarize the school district with the current marketplace and identify key vendors capable of providing these technologies. The document seeks information responses rather than formal bids, allowing Forsyth County Schools to gather intelligence on available products, services, and vendor capabilities in the video management and artificial intelligence analytics sector. Specific details regarding response deadlines, site visits, bidder conferences, or contract award timelines are not provided in this RFI, as the primary objective is market research and vendor identification rather than procurement of a specific solution at this stage.

No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding amounts, or renewal options are specified in this informational request, as the RFI is designed to inform future procurement decisions rather than establish contractual terms. The document does not detail technical specifications, quantities, or service level requirements, reflecting its preliminary nature as a market discovery tool. Forsyth County Schools will use responses from interested vendors to better understand the capabilities, features, and approaches available in video management and AI analytics solutions before potentially issuing a formal Request for Proposal or solicitation in the future.
