PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
2.1.1 The Contractor shall inspect equipment to determine the As Found condition in accordance with (IAW) OEM manuals. The Contractor shall provide a service report listing services performed on equipment, i.e. PM, troubleshooting, repair, and software updates made, within ten (10) days of maintenance completion (CDRL A001) (DI-MGMT-800995A). Any malfunction identified shall be reported to the 809 MXSS/MXDTAD Engineer in person at the time of discovery and noted on the service report (CDRL A001) (DI-MGMT-800995A). If malfunctions exist, the Contractor shall troubleshoot and repair equipment to bring it to current OEM specification and function prior to performing maintenance, see Repair Section 2.6.
2.1.2 The Contractor shall perform preventative maintenance on the Creaform GoScan scanner, IAW OEM manuals, at least once annually during the Period of Performance (POP). The Contractor shall schedule the first on-site visit with 809 MXSS/MXDTAD Engineer within 30 days of contract award. Calibrations shall be performed after inspections and preventative maintenance are complete, see Calibration Section 2.9.
