The primary objectives of the Runway Obstruction Mitigation Program include:

• Accurate identification and mapping of all obstructions

• Evaluation of penetrations relative to Part 77 and TERPS surfaces

• Development of a prioritized mitigation plan

• Coordination with FAA, local agencies, and property owners

• Implementation of mitigation measures, including vegetation removal, marking, lighting, or easement acquisition

• Establishment of a long-term monitoring and compliance strategy

4. Scope of Work

Scope of work will include, but not limited to:

• Aerial LiDAR and ground surveying

• GIS data development

• Obstruction analysis and reporting

• Mitigation planning and implementation support

• Environmental and permitting coordination

• Project management and FAA coordination

5. Project Deliverables

Key deliverables include:

• High-resolution LiDAR dataset

• Verified obstruction inventory

• FAA-compliant GIS surfaces and datasets

• Obstruction Action Plan

• Mitigation implementation documentation

• AGIS uploads and 7460 filings

• Final report and digital data package
