Project Cassville Mowing Landscaping B+4 General Information

1.0 Scope of Work

Mowing and landscaping of the office compound located at 601A State Highway 248, Cassville, MO 65625

2.0 Background

Mowing and landscaping has been historically done by a combination of Forest Service and Missouri Department of Conservation employees. Due to staffing and schedules, the mowing has fallen off, so a contract will ensure the grounds stay presentable.

Contractor Requirements

3.0 Technical Requirements / Tasks

Mowing, weedeating/trimming, and landscaping (as necessary) the yard and the around buildings. Mowing and weedeating/trimming will happen on the west side of the entry driveway and north of the driveway. Map of site will be included, showing the areas to be mowed and trimmed.

4.0 Government Furnished

There is no government furnished equipment. Contractor must bring their own equipment.

5.0 Deliverables / Schedule

From April 1 until October 31, Mowing will happen weekly to ensure grounds remain presentable. If there is a long stretch of hot, dry weather, mowing may be moved to once every two weeks to limit the stress on the grass.

6.0 Security Requirements

There are no security requirements for accessing the office compound.
