EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Evaluation of quotations will be completed in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 dated Nov 2021.
The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer presents the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. All offerors are reminded that contractor responsibility is also factored into the award decision.

Once the two lowest priced technically acceptable offers has been identified the evaluation shall stop and the lowest priced offer shall be offered the contract award.

The technical evaluation factor will be made based on an offeror's ability to offer the requested items in terms of the provided specifications. Products must meet the performance requirements listed in above. Any potential offerors who provide evidence of the requirement above shall be determined to be technically acceptable. If any of the specifications listed above are not provided, that offeror shall be determined technically unacceptable.
