Proposals must be submitted with firm-fixed pricing on an F.O.B. Fermilab delivery basis, with all freight charges included in the quotation. The amplifier must meet specific technical requirements including a frequency range of 20 kHz to 10 MHz, input-referred noise of less than 1 nV/√Hz, power consumption under 1 mW, operation at 4K temperature, and gain greater than 250 V/V. Compliance will be verified through review of technical documentation by the requesting engineer. Award will be made on a best value basis to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. Fermilab intends to award without discussions. Respondents must submit a completed RFP page, SARC Form (Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs, Revision 8), and PUR-466 Form (Proposal Certifications, Revision 5). All subsequent purchase orders will incorporate Fermilab's Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (08.2025), available at https://procurement.fnal.gov/terms-conditions/.
