This document is a Proposal to Lease Space form related to a federal contract opportunity issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District. The solicitation is for a minimum of 5,400 to a maximum of 7,105 gross rentable square feet of retail storefront space within a delineated area in Clearwater, Florida. The lease is for a 5-year term with government termination rights, and a full-service lease (including utilities and janitorial services) is preferred.

The proposal form requires offerors to provide details on the offered space, such as the building name, address, total square footage, and age. Offerors must also submit pricing information, including the annual base rent per square foot, common area maintenance costs, and other charges. Key lease terms and conditions are specified, including the lease duration, attachments to be submitted, and energy efficiency requirements. Offerors must complete the form, obtain a contractor's bid for the buildout, and submit the proposal by April 18, 2024. The government will evaluate proposals and select the location based on the evaluation factors and lowest overall cost.
