NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063, hereby gives notice of their intent to solicit from a single source under the authority of the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a) Restricting competition to Rapid Assault Tools 1053 E London Park Dr, Forest, VA 24551. This procurement is being conducted under RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Competition is lacking due to only one source that provides a complete, law enforcement-specific breaching container training system capable of meeting Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Academy’s requirements for durability, repeatable use, standardized instruction, safety, and immediate integration into existing training operations.

The requirement includes:

20’ Breach Training Conex with customization to include 1x GEN3 Training door, 3x GEN2 Training doors, and 2x Training Windows. Delivery and Installation included.

Estimated Award Amount: $80,000.00
