Statement of Work Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

PROJECT TITLE

Rebranding of the Emergency Operations Vehicle (EOV) external body and performing external repairs.

SPECIFIC TASKS

· Minus the vinyl adhesive backed logos, the contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials, and any other accessories required to accomplish the items/tasks listed below.

· Contractor will do the necessary research to find the correct replacement panels for the A/C units on front and ensure the paint matches the rest of the trailer.

· Contractor will ensure all paneling and body equipment be compatible and interoperable with existing MERS equipment as specified in the scope of work.

· Contractor will be required to provide FEMA overview of all modifications associated with new installations at contractor’s location.

Replace any broken or missing hardware.
PREP AND PAINT TRAILER COMPLETE PAINT FRAME. ADD BLUE DECAL AT R/S & L/S REAR

DELIVERABLES/INSPECTION SCHEDULE

Mechanical Work Inspection and Approval:

· All specifications, configuration, and installation plans for the EOV work will be approved by the COR prior to start of the project;

· All mechanical work including modifications and installation of equipment in the EOV will be approved by the COR;

· After this section has been completed, the COR will inspect and approve all the work.

COR acceptance and final Inspection of all work to be performed:

· The COR and other subject matter experts from the MERS Detachment will conduct acceptance inspections of all mechanical work, modifications and installations.

· FEMA personnel will be authorized to perform scheduled and un-scheduled site visits to the contractor’s place of business to inspect the progress of the work that is being performed.

The Contractor shall only tender for acceptance for those items that conform to the requirements of this contract.

· The Government may require repair or replacement of nonconforming supplies or equipment at no increase in contract price. If repair or replacement will not correct the defects or if meeting the desired outcome is not possible, the government may seek an equitable price reduction or adequate consideration for acceptance of nonconforming supplies or services.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

· The contractor will perform the work at their place of business.

5.0 SECURITY

· Contractor will be responsible for the security of all government property while in their custody.

6.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

· The period of performance for this award shall not exceed 90 calendar days from contract award date.
