About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the U.S. Naval Observatory's (USNO) procurement of Configuration Management Professional (CMPro) software licenses and support. The base year contract includes an initial purchase of CMPro software with 5 concurrent user licenses, maintenance, implementation support, and potential travel, with a 12-month period of performance and four additional one-year optional extension periods.

The contract covers a web-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation for managing product lifecycle and configuration management, specifically to facilitate regulatory compliance and quality system requirements within the Risk Management Framework. The solicitation includes detailed Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) for the base year and subsequent option years, with quantities for standard product maintenance, Bronze Level product support, and optional usage support in the first option year. The total contract allows for five potential years of licensing and support, with meetings to be conducted at USNO's Washington, DC facility or via teleconferencing, and on-site support visits structured as five-day engagements.
