About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines requirements for the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) to obtain 135 sedan vehicles for EOD training purposes during FY25. The period of performance is April 15, 2025 through April 14, 2026, with deliveries to Range C-87 (Bob Sikes Road) at the Boatman EOD Training Facility at Eglin AFB.
The vehicles must meet specific requirements including being clean, dry, and free of hazardous fluids, with four good tires, complete trunks, and functional doors/trunks that open and close with keys. While not required to be operational vehicles, they must have minimum damage and include windows, ability to shift from park to neutral, locking steering wheels, hoods that open/close, and interior seating. Deliveries will occur every three weeks (approximately 9 sedans per delivery) during normal business hours Monday-Friday, coordinated between the vendor and AIEDD division. The contractor must ensure employees are vetted through NCIC and follow Eglin installation access procedures. No classified access is required for this work.
