The SOW specifies that the library serves approximately 4,520 midshipmen, 600 faculty, and 3,000 other staff and military personnel. Key requirements include full-text access to the APS All Publications Package, compatibility with the library's Ex Libris indexing system, one business day response time from the publisher's POC for technical and content issues, and the provider's ability to be a signatory on bilateral license agreements. The subscription supports the library's mission to provide scholarly materials in humanities, sciences, engineering, and professional fields for curriculum development, course work, and faculty research.
