STATEMENT OF WORK
SAILOR 900 service request
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
This statement of work provided in order to contract for satellite internet and phone service for installed SAILOR 900 KU band satellite service for TSV-1 Prevail, TSV-2 Hugo, TSV-3 Hunter and TSV-4 Narragansett, during the initial Period of Performance (POP) and adding TSV-5 Vindicator in AUG of initial POP.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS SEPERATLY AND SIMULTANEOULSY FOR
EACH SHIP:
1. Provide Internet service with 5000kps download and 1000kps upload.
2. Minimum Committed Information Rate (CIR) TX = 768K RX = 256K
3. Provide two (2) VOIP DID Voice Service with unlimited Local and domestic USA Long Distance with (757) area code per vessel.
4. Provide required IP addresses.
5. Must be compatible with installed SAILOR 900 antenna system with iDirect Evolution X5 and X7 modems.
6. Provide Remote technical support as needed. If remote support cannot resolve the issue, provide onsite technical support of service and equipment within 24-48 hours.
7. Must be Cobham certified.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
TSV1: 02 June 2022 – 01 June 2023 TSV2: 02 June 2022 – 01 June 2023 TSV3: 02 June 2022 – 01 June 2023 TSV4: 02 June 2022 – 01 June 2023 TSV5: August 2022 – 01 June 2023
LOCATION OF WORK:
System installed onboard TSV-1 Prevail, stationed at Pier 58, TSV-2 Hugo, stationed at Pier 56, TSV-3 HUNTER at pier 56 and TSV- 4 NARRAGANSETT, stationed at Pier 58 JEBLC, Virginia Beach VA.
System to be installed onboard TSV-5 Vindicator, to be stationed at Pier 57 JEBLC, Virginia Beach VA.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
LIABILITY: The contractor shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay due to any cause beyond his reasonable control including, but not limited to acts of government, strikes, lockouts, fire, explosion, theft, floods, riot, civil commotion, war, malicious mischief or acts of God.
ACCESS TO THE VESSEL: Contractor personnel shall maintain all required documentation to access military bases and piers.
COMPENSATION:
8. Labor: All compensation for labor is included in the contract price.
9. Parts & Material: All compensation for parts and travel time is included in the contract price.
