About this file
This is an Agreement/Contract Requirements document issued by the Orange County Property Appraiser (OCPA) that establishes mandatory contractual terms and conditions for all vendors and contractors entering into agreements with the agency. The document outlines essential compliance requirements that must be incorporated into any bid submission or contract agreement related to the NodeZero Penetration Testing Tool procurement for 500 IP Addresses with a one-year subscription. Vendors are required to acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these requirements through their bid submission, and failure to comply with any stipulated requirement will result in the bid being rejected from consideration.
The contractual requirements mandate that all agreements be governed by Florida state law with venue and jurisdiction established in Orange County, Florida. Payment terms are established at Net 40 days from invoice submission. Vendors must comply with E-Verify requirements as specified in Florida Statutes Section 448.095 (2022) and assume full responsibility for maintaining public records in accordance with Chapter 119, Florida Statutes (2021). Contractors must preserve, protect, and provide access to public records upon request, ensure confidential and exempt records remain protected throughout and after contract completion, and transfer all public records to the Orange County Property Appraiser at no cost upon contract conclusion. Questions regarding public records obligations should be directed to the Records Custodian at (407) 836-2747 or atorres@ocpafl.org.
