About this file

This document is the Procurement Portal Instructions from the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, providing guidance for vendors submitting responses to solicitations, including the CATS Bus Operations Wheelchair Lift Parts contract. The City requires all solicitation questions to be submitted electronically through the Bonfire procurement portal at https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com via the Vendor Discussions section. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized through the same portal prior to the project's posted due date, with the City strongly recommending vendors allow at least one week before the deadline to account for upload times and system processing. The Bus Operations Division seeks a supplier to provide wheelchair lift parts and perform related services to establish a reliable source for purchase, delivery, and associated activities in compliance with specified terms and conditions. The contract term requested is five years.
