Summary

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) document issued by the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), a non-profit health organization owned and managed by Alaska Native tribal governments. ANTHC is soliciting proposals for comprehensive vending machine services, including supply, stocking, and maintenance of snack and beverage vending machines across multiple ANTHC campus locations and administrative buildings in Anchorage, excluding the Alaska Native Medical Center and future Skilled Nursing facility. Proposals are due December 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM Alaska Standard Time, with submission required through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) online platform. The contract term is intended to be a maximum three-year base period with two optional one-year renewal periods (not to exceed five years total), though a minimum one-year initial base period may be considered if requested. No pre-proposal conference will be held, and site walks to review locations and equipment placement can be scheduled with the Director of Food and Nutrition as needed. ANTHC anticipates awarding a single contract to the highest-ranked responsive proposer.

Vendors must be Alaska-based with primary operations in the Anchorage/South Central Service area and have vending machine supply, product, and stocking services as their primary business function. Compensation will be based on a Schedule of Values submitted by the firm, with payment made within 30 days of invoice receipt. The contract is a requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum orders; ANTHC retains the right to acquire services from another source if the selected firm cannot fulfill urgent requests. An Alaska Native/American Indian bidder preference of ten points may be applied upon review of signed Representations and Certifications. All proposals will be evaluated against criteria including firm profile, project understanding and execution, past performance, capacity to respond, product/equipment information, and schedule of values, with a maximum possible score of 110 points. Subcontracting is not permitted, and all licensing and registration requirements remain the responsibility of the responding firm.
