About this file
This document is a request for information from the Naval Research Laboratory seeking information on an electrical network analyzer system. The RFI specifies requirements for a millimeter-wave electrical network analyzer system with frequency ranges from 10MHz to 43GHz and extension bands to 75-110GHz and 140-220GHz, along with detailed technical requirements for dynamic range, noise floor, power output, trace noise, reflection and transmission tracking, and temperature stability. Responses are requested by August 24, 2020 for planning purposes, with the objective of identifying potential sources capable of meeting the needs for this system. The anticipated follow-on action is to award a firm fixed price contract for delivery within 6 to 18 weeks of order receipt.
