About this file
This document is a GSA Presolicitation Notice for leasing office space in Berkeley Lake, Georgia. The General Services Administration seeks 5,700-5,950 square feet of contiguous office space with 31 surface parking spaces, located within a delineated area bounded by specific highways and roads. The lease term is 5 years, with a 1-year firm term, and the government is currently occupying a lease that will expire, prompting this solicitation for alternative space.
Key requirements include meeting government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability, with parking ratios meeting local codes or 1 space per 200 square feet. Nearby eating and banking facilities within 2 miles are desired. Expressions of interest are due by 10/22/2025, with an estimated market survey in 11/22/2025 and projected occupancy by 1/15/2026. Potential lessors should be aware of telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA. Interested parties can submit expressions of interest to Kristin Schlueter at kristin.schlueter@gsa.gov.

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Berkeley Lake, GA, that will be expiring.
